Ember & Echo is a 72-hour, in-person immersive retreat designed as a concentrated initiation into Wise Counsel and Embodied Liberation. Over three days, participants enter a carefully held field of deep presence, somatic and nervous-system work, ritual, mythic framing, and guided encounters with the unseen currents shaping their lives and creative paths.
This is not a workshop, and it is not designed to give you answers. It is designed to change the way you arrive at them.
Together, we co-create a space where what has guided you thus far can be honored — and, where necessary, laid to rest. As the noise of conditioning, habit, and reactivity begins to loosen, something quieter comes into view. Not louder or more forceful, but more precise. A deeper signal begins to register — one that feels steady enough to orient a life around.
This is less a process of self-improvement, and more a crossing.
In this kind of work, what once felt like truth can reveal itself as pattern. And what emerges in its place is not something imposed, but something encountered — in the body, in relationship, and in the shared field of the retreat itself.
